Surprise! Witherspoon Distillery and James Beard Foundation winning Author/Chef Tim Byres (The Theodore, Smoke Restaurant Plano, former chef Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, author of Smoke: New Firewood Cooking) are hosting a pop-up dinner, this Thursday! You don’t want to miss this. We’ll share a few additional details about the menu in the coming days, but let’s just say that it will be a Hogwarts style feast, complete with loads of meat and delicious craft cocktails.
